my dad always says the best jobs are the ones where you can see the result at the end of the day, and i think that's part of why cleaning management has been on my radar. i've been helping out at a rehab clinic with their admin side for a while and i like the idea of something more hands-on, more tangible. anyway, i've got a first interview coming up for a cleaning manager role at a medium-sized facility and i'm trying to prepare properly. what kind of questions should i expect, especially the ones that feel a bit odd or that tell you what the job is actually like day to day? i've seen the usual stuff online about team leadership and scheduling, but i feel like there's probably questions that catch people off guard. anyone been through this kind of interview and remember what surprised them?
